The entry price is only part of the cost of a Çeşme beach-club day. Food, drinks, parking and the kind of seat you book can all change the final bill. For a fair comparison, get prices for the same date and number of people, including the sunbed or cabana you want.
Entry fees and minimum spend
An entry fee gets you in. A minimum spend is the amount your eligible orders must reach, usually through food and drinks. Some venues charge both. The key question is whether the money paid on arrival counts towards the restaurant bill.
Charge
What to ask
Entry per person
Are food and drinks extra?
Minimum spend
Which orders count towards it?
Entry plus minimum spend
Does the entry payment count towards the bill?
Cabana
How many guests does it cover, and is any food or drink included?
Deposit
Is it deducted from the final bill, and when is it refundable?
A worked example for two
Suppose a beach charges 500 TL entry and a separate 1,500 TL minimum spend per adult. Two adults pay 1,000 TL to enter and must order at least 3,000 TL of food and drinks, bringing the total to at least 4,000 TL. These are illustrative figures, not a venue’s prices.
If there is minimum spend alone, the orders already count towards it. You do not pay another 1,500 TL on top of a qualifying 1,500 TL food-and-drink bill.

A price from summer 2026
Before Sunset Beach’s June 2026 tariff was 3,000 TL per person on Saturdays and 2,000 TL on other days, including a sunbed, umbrella and towel. Those prices belong to the 2026 season; a 2027 visit needs a new quote.
Zay’a Çeşme gives current entry prices and seasonal beach-pass details by direct enquiry. For several visits, compare the pass with separate day bookings and check which dates it covers.
The seat you book matters
A standard sunbed, front-row position and cabana may have different prices. A restaurant table may also need a separate beach booking if you intend to stay all day.
Look for towels, umbrellas, showers and changing facilities in the quote, along with parking or valet charges. An event day may have its own ticket and admission conditions.

Families and groups
Give children’s ages when asking for prices: admission rules and charges can vary by age. For a group, find out whether the minimum spend applies to each person or to the table as a whole. That makes a difference when one guest orders less and another more.
Before paying a deposit, settle the guest count and read the cancellation and refund terms. Our Çeşme beach guide compares sandy shores, decks and public beaches; the Çeşme budget guide puts a beach day alongside accommodation and meals.

Frequently Asked Questions
01
Is minimum spend the same as an entry fee?
No. They can be separate parts of a quote, or a venue may use only one. Ask how both affect your total.
02
What happens if I spend less than the minimum?
The booking terms should explain whether you pay the shortfall. Ask before reserving, especially for a group or cabana.
03
Does a restaurant reservation include a sunbed?
Only if your booking explicitly includes beach access and that seating option.
04
Can I use a 2026 tariff to budget for 2027?
Use it only as a historical example. A new-season quote or tariff is needed for an actual booking.
