Business applications: the business and contact details you enter when applying to be considered for the selection.

Partner accounts: the email address used to sign in, and the profile changes a partner requests.

Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe.

Technical data: standard server and hosting logs such as IP address, browser type and requested page, kept for security and reliability.

Why we use it

To answer your message, to review a business application, to operate partner accounts and authentication, to send the newsletter if you asked for it, and to keep the site secure.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Who can see it

Submissions are stored in our database and are visible only to the editorial team through an authenticated admin area. Our hosting and database providers process the data on our behalf.

No third-party advertising or marketing platform receives your data.

Analytics

We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, this page will be updated before the tools are enabled.

Cookies and storage

Only essential authentication and preference storage is used. See the Cookie Policy for details.

Retention

Messages and applications are kept while they are relevant to the editorial process, and removed on request. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Pages may link to business websites, reservation pages, maps and social profiles. Those services have their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
