A boat day is the clearest way to understand the coastline: shallow turquoise bays that have no road, swimming stops with nobody else in them, lunch on deck and a slow return with the wind behind you. Options run from shared day boats out of the marina to private gulets and small sailing charters. Wind is the variable — mornings are calmer, and trips are occasionally cancelled for good reason.
