The peninsula's coves are its quietest swimming: short stretches of shingle or rock reached down dirt tracks, with no facilities and often no shade. They are best in the morning and best with supplies in the boot.
Some are only comfortable from a boat. Leave them as you found them — there is no service here to clean up after you.
